Feeling accomplished

I am feeling so very accomplished today. 

I let the kids eat ice cream on the carpet.  You know what I mean, not sitting at the counter which has tile under it for easy clean up. & my kids didn't even spill!  They're awesome!

I finally washed the pans that have been in the sink since yesterday afternoon.  I hate going to bed with dishes in the sink, but not as much as I hate washing pans.

I finished a book (The Five People You Meet In Heaven).  Great book!  Once my mom finishes it we'll be renting the movie from Netflix.

&.... THE BEST PART OF MY DAY- I put the kids to bed on the first try.  After I read this book to them, Just in case You Ever Wonder.

Now I'm even going to bed early, with my husband, whom I had very few spats with today.

Life is good.  Very good.  Actually life is nearly perfect.
